Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-era applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for multi-qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for cryptography, simulation, and optimization
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant communication systems
- Present research findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum architecture design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
