Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms tailored for AI inference and training.
- Lead the development of the proprietary '2026' neural stack, optimizing for low-latency and high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum modules into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and performance benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, AI, and hardware-software co-design.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing languages (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
