Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align cross-functional initiatives with the 2026 strategy.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of future product launches.
- Present strategic updates, forecasts, and investment justifications to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities that align with our 2026 growth targets.
- Mentor junior product managers on long-term strategic planning and forward-looking product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management, strategic planning, or corporate development.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and launch products on a multi-year roadmap.
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting skills, with a deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Spatial Computing).
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring teams and persuading executives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with a track record of driving cross-functional teams without direct authority.
