Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and communicate the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize initiatives and manage expectations.
- Innovation Management: Lead internal hackathons and ideation sessions to foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimental learning.
- Product Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, from conception through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable ROI.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources to high-impact projects and pivot quickly in response to market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in the enterprise space.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights and clear business roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Agility: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments where requirements can evolve rapidly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
