Responsibilities
- Architect and own the comprehensive 'Vision 2026' product and technology roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging technology trends and disruptive opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Marketing, to align strategic initiatives.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and roadmap milestones to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Translate high-level visionary concepts into actionable, measurable product development plans.
- Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and internal incubator projects.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and future-proofing within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products or launching forward-looking initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing, etc.) and their market applications.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Outstanding executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative startup environment.
