Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-year innovation roadmaps for 2026 technology horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and neurotech sectors
- Design and execute prototype experiments for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business strategy
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading academic and industry research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, climate tech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP)
