Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading R&D in exponential technology sectors
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record scaling innovations from lab to market ($50M+ products)
- Expertise in scenario planning for tech disruption (2025-2030 horizon)
- Deep network with DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
