Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and market trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact and ROI of experimental initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused design thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects launched in the past 5 years
