Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market needs
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to anticipate industry disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching next-generation products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS) preferred
- Experience with emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
