Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and deploying next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress using advanced analytics platforms
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Track record of launching at least three market-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, scenario planning, and risk assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for future technologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
