Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate breakthrough projects in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across the organization
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or thought leadership
