Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making

- Produce annual Horizon 2026 strategic report with quantifiable risk/opportunity assessments
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives and innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting 5-year strategic planning horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
