Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to create 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scanning' teams to identify disruption vectors in adjacent industries
- Develop patentable frameworks for emerging market entry strategies
- Present foresight reports to executive board and investor committees
- Design ethical innovation governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of industry-disrupting work
