- Present strategic visions to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused methodologies
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Document and communicate breakthrough findings via white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, bio-engineering)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong data storytelling capabilities with visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
