- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough products ($100M+ ARR)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Fluency in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
