Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams developing prototype systems for quantum-secure communications and neural interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, climate AI) to inform R&D investment decisions
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for deploying sentient AI and autonomous systems
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven impact in emerging markets
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR and 3+ year market foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
