- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) and translate into competitive strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technical capabilities with strategic vision
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports forecasting 2026 industry shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
