Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes and solutions

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Secure and allocate R&D budgets for high-impact innovation projects
- Present vision to stakeholders and secure buy-in for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Computer Science
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding
- Deep understanding of market disruption patterns
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
