Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive industry transformations
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with future-proofing objectives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published futurist research or industry forecasts
