Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives, identifying emerging trends and opportunities
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototypes and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation projects with company vision and market demands
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI tracking
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate breakthrough research
- Develop and implement sustainability frameworks for all 2026 product lifecycles
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of creative problem-solving
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused products or services
