Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-focused innovation projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, IoT, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder alignment
- Measure and report on KPIs using advanced analytics and foresight methodologies
- Present findings to C-suite and external partners at industry conferences
- Mentor junior innovators and build an internal futures-thinking culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects with measurable impact
