Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-generation machine learning models, focusing on AGI and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum physicists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate novel technologies.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Define best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-availability environments.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or neural interface hardware is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
