Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or clean tech
- Strategic planning with long-term vision (2020-2030)
- Executive stakeholder management experience
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
