Our Austin hub is at the forefront of quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll collaborate with global R&D centers, secure multi-million dollar innovation grants, and shape industry standards for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for quantum AI integration
- Secure $2M+ in federal/state innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Establish ethical AI frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureForge Academy program
- Drive patent development in sustainable computing technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or bio-integrated tech
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation agencies
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging tech toolchains
