Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and decision-making systems.
- Lead the technical vision for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with 2026 strategic technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to bridge the gap between theoretical AI and practical, real-world deployment.
- Optimize large-scale language models (LLMs) for edge computing environments and low-latency inference.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced AI engineering techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern microservices architectures.
- Experience building scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on AI/ML services.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and multi-agent systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in fast-paced, innovative environments.
