Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year incubation cycles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technology forecasting
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, APF)
