Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing global teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (preferred)
