Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum AI integration and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech development and regulatory landscapes
