- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/ML solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through compelling proposals
- Champion ethical tech frameworks for emerging innovations
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with 15+ concurrent projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering future-focused products (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
