Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including generative AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and competitive research
- Build and mentor high-performance innovation teams across engineering and design disciplines
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Strong business acumen with experience in product lifecycle management
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly valued
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies a plus
