Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 3+ patentable innovations annually
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 12+ concurrent projects
- Partner with VCs and Fortune 500 firms for strategic deployment
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor 8+ engineers and PhD researchers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact
- Track record of commercializing 3+ emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum ML, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin and German preferred
