Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong patent portfolio development experience
- Executive presence with C-suite/board communication skills
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals/conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
