Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant computation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers and supervise graduate interns from MIT/Stanford
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
