- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs at MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Present future technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development and operational frameworks
- Mentor a team of 10+ futurists and technical specialists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in future tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology (2018-2023)
- Experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
