Responsibilities
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation projects targeting 2026 technology horizons
- Identify and validate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or corporate innovation
- Proven track record delivering future-focused projects (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and market analysis frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Published research or patents in relevant technological fields
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF)
