- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the deployment of next-generation AI architectures and automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced Neural Networks) and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.
- Architectural Governance: Establish best practices for system scalability, security, and interoperability across distributed cloud environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning lifecycles and their application in enterprise-scale infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
