Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Science to drive feature development from concept to launch.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program with Senior Staff Engineers to accelerate your technical and leadership skills.
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent FutureTech at global tech conferences.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++, or TypeScript).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
