Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for 2026 global event initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling massive global traffic.
- Manage relationships with top-tier technology vendors, broadcasters, and service providers.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive data and broadcast integrity.
- Oversee the deployment of fan-engagement applications, including AR/VR experiences and real-time analytics.
- Monitor system performance during live events and execute rapid incident response protocols.
- Present technical progress and strategic milestones to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably within large-scale live events, media, or sports broadcasting.
- Proven expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and global content delivery networks (CDNs).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices for high-profile, high-traffic environments.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex tech initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel periodically to international event sites as the 2026 launch approaches.
