Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, metaverse evolution)
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused technologists and designers
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio of futuristic projects with measurable impact
