- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national research labs
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or biotech integration
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in technology commercialization and venture capital
