Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop executive-level briefings on emerging tech risks and strategic implications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof capabilities into core offerings
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Proven track record of translating future tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or patents in emerging fields
