Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) with transformative potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors securing $50M+ annual funding
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and Fortune 500 companies
- Mentor 10+ innovators through our 'Future Architects' program
- Author white papers and keynote at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech
- Track record of securing >$25M in R&D funding
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or commercially launched innovations
