Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years leading AI/ML teams at FAANG+ companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2020s tech
- Expertise in neural interface hardware (BCI)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- 3+ exits from previous tech ventures
- Active clearance for government quantum projects
