Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive innovations and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and partnerships with exponential growth potential
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to capture weak signals of change
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
