Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking across departments
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion emerging technologies through pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Present future-focused insights to investors, partners, and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate resilience
- Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills to complex audiences
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
