- Lead immersive foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-state roadmaps
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption cycles
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with tech focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, Web3, biotechnology, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
