Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for future business disruption
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting industry trends (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
