Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop quantitative and qualitative forecasting tools for workforce transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and smart cities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or equivalent
- Experience developing roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
