Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems and machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Establish real-time monitoring protocols for AI system fairness and compliance
- Author position papers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and neural interfaces
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving international AI regulations
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) strongly preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in tech environments
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics journals a plus
