Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and similar platforms
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and design thinkers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Strong network within tech, sustainability, and policy communities
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or future-of-technology topics
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
